About

Curtis has spent the past 4 years using productivity systems like Getting Things Done to keep himself organised.  His work has focused on the media and entertainment industry where projects are often under stressful and tight deadlines. His techniques have helped him manage major projects including the production and delivery of globally syndicated radio shows for Heineken, live music events in the Caribbean and sonic branding packages for companies like Orange, BBC, TNT, The Discovery Channel and American Airlines.  He mixes creative work with business and project design and management.

Curtis loves being involved in many different projects and his productivity techniques enable him to do this with focus and calm.  These same techniques also give him a great work life balance.  This gives him plenty of time to take care of Max, his ten year old son.

Curtis has helped many people to become more productive.  If you’d like to see some testimonials, get in touch and we’ll send them over to you.

Curtis also hosts likemind and The Speakeasy Club in Brighton.

Curtis’s top tips for staying organised

  1. Turn email notification off, if something is urgent the person will call

  2. Leave gaps in the day to write up meeting notes, think, read or go for a walk

  3. Never miss your weekly review - it is the key to maintaining your new productivity system

  4. Maintain the 2 minute rule - if it can be done in 2 minutes, do it now

  5. Before saying you can deliver something in 2 days, think - managing others expectations is key to managing your stress
